In the "Your order is on its way" email. It goes out as soon as we hand your package to the carrier, usually the same or the next day.
Why do the dates say "estimated"?
Because they're the usual delivery dates, not the live location of the package. Steps without that word already happened.
Will I be charged on delivery?
In Mexico, nothing. Outside Mexico, price and shipping are already paid; if your country's customs charges a duty, the carrier collects it on delivery.
