Pup health that really matters
How much water they need
A dog needs 50 to 60 ml of water per kilo a day. A 5 kg pup drinks about 300 ml daily, and more when it's hot or they're running around.
What is heatstroke?
It happens when your dog's body can no longer regulate its temperature. Heavy panting, red gums and thick drool are warning signs: get them to shade, give them cool water and call the vet.
Dehydration test
Gently pull up the skin on the back of their neck: if it doesn't snap back quickly, your pup needs water right now.
What their humans say
“My Chihuahua Frida doesn't suffer on our Coyoacán walks anymore. She looks adorable hanging from my backpack.”
“With Monterrey's heat, this was a lifesaver. The water is still cool after 2 hours.”
“Zero leaks, I tested it by accident inside my bag. And the pink is gorgeous.”
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost with shipping?

Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship free to United States and it arrives in 4 to 7 business days. We deliver across Mexico, Latin America, the United States, Canada and Europe.
Does it really not leak inside a backpack?
It won't leak if you close it all the way and seat the silicone bowl properly. The lid is a screw-on with a seal.
What size of dog is it best for?
For small and small-to-medium dogs: Chihuahuas, pugs, Frenchies, dachshunds, mini schnauzers, toy poodles and the like. It serves 285 ml. If your dog is big, we'll be straight with you: 285 ml won't be enough for them.
How do I pay?
With a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and Amex), Apple Pay or Google Pay. In Mexico, Mercado Pago too. Payment is secure and confirmed instantly.
What if I don't like it or it arrives damaged?
If it arrives damaged or defective, we'll send you another or refund your money, and shipping is on us. You have 30 days to let us know. If you changed your mind, you have 10 days to return it unused.
How do I track my order?
When your package ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number and a link to follow it. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or message us on Facebook or Instagram with your order number.
Does it keep water cold?
Stainless steel keeps water fresh for several hours. On hot days, add two or three ice cubes before heading out and it'll last the whole walk.
How do I wash it?
With warm water and mild soap. The silicone comes off so you can wash it separately. Avoid bleach and don't put it in the microwave.
What colors are there?
Blue and pink for now. You pick above, before adding to cart.
